  • Rather than a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy, Prime Point Homes enters into a commercial lease agreement directly with you as the landlord. This means Prime Point Homes becomes the tenant and takes full responsibility for the property — including sub-letting to occupants, managing all maintenance, ensuring compliance, and paying your rent. You never deal with the end occupants directly. This structure is what makes our guaranteed rent model possible.

  • Yes — this is one of the most important things we offer. Because Prime Point Homes leases your property commercially, we pay your rent from our own operational funds. It is not tied to whether an occupant is in place or paying. Voids, disputes, and payment issues with occupants are our problem, not yours. Your income remains stable and predictable throughout the agreement.


  • We work with a range of property types including self-contained flats, family houses, and HMOs. Properties should be in a habitable condition and meet or be capable of meeting the required safety and compliance standards. Following your initial enquiry, we carry out a full property assessment and will give you clear, honest feedback — including any improvements that would need to be made before we proceed.

  • Prime Point Homes takes full responsibility for day-to-day management, maintenance, and repairs. You will not need to deal with tenant calls, maintenance requests, or compliance renewals. We have a network of trusted contractors and conduct regular scheduled inspections. You'll receive periodic updates on the condition of your property, and we pride ourselves on returning properties in good order.

  • Your property will house individuals and families referred through our local authority partnerships — typically people in temporary or emergency housing need. These are people assessed by housing teams as requiring safe accommodation while longer-term solutions are arranged. Our management team maintains regular contact with occupants and the property is managed to a high standard throughout.

  • Our agreements include standard break clauses and notice periods, which are clearly set out in your management agreement before anything is signed. We handle the winding-down process professionally and ensure the property is handed back in good condition. If your circumstances change, we'll always aim to find a solution that works for both parties.

  • Once you get in touch, we aim to respond within one business day. We'll arrange an initial conversation to understand your property and answer any questions, followed by a site assessment at a time that suits you. If everything is in order, agreements can typically be signed and the property onboarded within a matter of weeks.
